Ansoft Designer dispersive materials

Im using Ansoft designer to simulate a microstrip spiral covered with a lossy dispersive material. The material dialog does not include any options for dispersive materials and my material is not very well described with either a fixed conductivity or a fixed loss tangent. Is there another way for instance with a visual basic scripts that: loads the dielectric properties from a table, starts a single frequency simulation saves the result, moves the frequency, loads new dielctric values from the table, starts a new simulation, save the new result and so on. ps. I have never written a VSB script before.
