Using lump port to calculate the radiation pattern in HFSS

If you choose the right ground plane, I think Lump port is ok

I sent you the structure. Can you guide how to add the lump port here and how to create the radiation pattern from that. I have create the lump port at the microstrip line entering the antenna but I only create the S parameter, I can not create the radiation pattern.
