Problems with PML reflection when simulating a straight slab waveguide

Please help me.
I am programing a 2D fdtd code to simulate a straight slab waveguide, but I can not solve the reflection from PML. The source is fundamental mode. The PML had been checked by point source, and there is no reflection.
