How to simulate a component without design kits in momentum?

hello,
I wonder how can I simulate a bought component in ADS momentum, let's say an -6dB attenuator simply with flat response in all frequency (just to make problem easier). Is it possible to simulate it together with my other microstrip circuits in the layout window? Shall I create a simple model or use a dataset file point to a s2p file just like in schematic simulation?
I appreciate it if someone can help to have a look of my question. THX
Best Regards,
Kevin

in ADS and momentum there is a thing called circuit EM cosimulation
that u draw the layout of the structure and assigne ports , then make this layout a component
in schematic , place this component and connect to its ports the circuit elemnts
and run the simulation u need
and momentum will simuate the structure and feed back the results to tho the simulator , and all the circuit will be analyzed
