comsol nanotube

is there somebody ,who already made a simulation of nanotube on comsol(FEMLAB) or another software

can you upload a relative paper?

Is there anybody can upload the COMSOL software, its critical in my thesis if I can find it.

can you simulate such small structures using classical electrodynamics solver such as FEMLAB ? I think quantum effects has to be taken into considerations in this case ? I don't know a commercial simulator who incorporates quantum field theory ?
