static/quasi-static/full-wave

I would like to do RF simulation.
But I have some unknown nouns listed as below.
static , quasi-static and full-wave
what are they different ?

static, electical field and magnetic field are independent to each other. They won't change with time.
quasi-static, frequency isn't so high that electical field caused by change of magnetic field with time could be ignored.
full-wave, electical field and magnetic field are closely interacted due to high frequency.
:D. That's my understanding, probably not right.
