hello,
i seem to be having problems when i create a new material in HFSS10. my design works well when i use the material found in the system library(gallium arsenide) but when i create a new material where i modified some of the characteristics of GaAs and substitute it in my design, there seems to be an error message. i cannot simulate the design as opposed to when the material was the default.
i would like to know the proper way of creating a new material in HFSS10.
your help would be greatly appreciated.

you can easily add a material by clicking on it's material in property window.
If you have any unexpected error please explain it or show a pic of it.
