Meshing Errors in HFSS

I get some error that looks like:

10 Volume Mesh Generation Failed
1 2 #nextgen/ver6_stitching_flag failure_mode_enum
END_ERR
in my antenna simulations. I have posted the HFSS model file too. Could someone give me an idea what the error is about. I am sure it is something to do with the size of the elements. The smallest component is 5 um in lenght in my model.

the error is for with object (nickel-Arm_Plate)...When I removed this object from your
design the erroe eliminated.
Please be more careful about it.
