matlab version of Dennis Sullivan's Algoritm fd2d_3.3.c

I am trying to convert Dennis Sullivan's Algoritm fd2d_3.3.c from C to matlab
to simulate a 2D TM plane wave source. please help me, i am new to this field and my code is not working
