How can i use hfss11 to simulation the inhomogenous media

i am a new user in hfss. Can hfss be used to simulation the cloaking problem?
like the work by Smith in Science 314 977(2006). The cloaking layer is anisotropic and inhomogenous. They use femlab soft, but only hfss at hand. how can i reproduce their work using hfss?[/b]

I don't think you can use HFSS to simulate the cloaking by Smith et al. The ideal cloaks have been simulated using Comsol multiphysics, which allows you to specifiy inhomogeneous materials as well as anisotropic material tensors; HFSS allows for anisotropic values, but they are constants, and only the diagonal terms.

All of the simulation results I have seen in the literature regarding ideal cloaks use Comsol.
