Translation help PIFA WLAN Thesis from Taiwan or Korea

Hi, I have a thesis from Taiwan or Korea about a shorted PIFA simulation antenna design on FR4. I would like to know the optimized specifications of the design. I know the pre-optimized values but in the text they explain what they optimized and why !. Please help me understand this design !.
