why don't you try the book "Antennas and EM simulation using MATLAB". It has matlab code for mom

There is nothing like MoM for antennas and circuits separately.MoM is just a method to solve for the current density (usually) given appropriate boundary conditions and source fields. You can use the codes given for your analysis too.

it's compiled from fortran to matlab
