anyone have Scattering Matix code for a circular taper

Prof. D.Wagner from germany has developed Scattering Matirix code for non linear profle circular waveguides. in which ,for a given dimensions of waveguide, keeping different parameters constants and keep one variable for calculation og transmission and reflection coefficent S21 and S11.
different parameters are ,inpur radius
our put radius, length of waveguide, No. of sections , and geometric non-linear profile constant
