i am looking forward to design a PFC Boost converter

Specifications are
Input:
Voltage:130-265VAC

Output:285VDC

Power:1500Watts

i am looking forward a Common filter design for the same.

how to achieve the same.

Kindly suggest some softwares or design tools or some weblinks so i can study the same and design as well.
