problem with setup.exe CST MWS

Hi everybody,
I have a problem, i have all necessary files for CST suite 2006 installation, EXEPT FOR SETUP.EXE, funny...hmm -yes, but I really need this program, if someone could help me?

Any way: I think you should try with CST STUDIO 2008...It's a little bit less complicated.
