Analysis terminated,failed at the first point-Ansoft

Whenever I run an Harmonic Balance on Ansoft Designer 2.2 for the MET LDmos library from Freescale I receive the following error message: "Analysis terminated beacuse it failed at the first point".


I tried but I can't resolve the problem
