You can assign an incident plane wave excitation with the correct frequency.

You may run into problems if your structure is too large since the wavelength of visible light is so small. If so, and if possible, simulate a smaller structure or just the important part of the structure.

Im looking to set up a incident laser beam. A plane wave occupies a full plane, but I need a small circular beam.
