Limit of ansoft designer?

Hi all,
I design a patch antenna with Ansoft designer, which has thickness of 35 micrometers (copper). However, while Ansoft designer runs, the patch thickness is reduced to “Zero”. Here is limit of Ansoft designer?
Please give me suggestion in order to ansoft is able to run with the original thickness

Are you running a student version of Designer?

if you are using a half ounce copper then the half ounce copper is reduced to zero thickness and placed on the substrate.but that doesnt alter the performance of the design and the results are accurate.
