has anyone s11 s21 s12 s22 for nonlinear simulation of AE-427 and AE-417 transistors AWR microwave office.it can be spice or pspice format

See the AE427 Amplifier datasheet for the parameters & you can use the "NL_AMP" model by entering GAIN, P1DB, IP3, etc & the S-parameter plot to add s11, s22,...
Or contact the RFHIC for exact S-parameter data file...
