finite element methode flexpde 5.22

Please, I want to solve the Laplace equation in a medium with losses (complex permittivity). Can you tell me if there is possibillity to do with version 5.22 of software flexpde. I want to calculate the complex capacity of microstrip line (dielectric losses).
