genesys spectrasys doubt

in SFDR analysis using interference signal,its found that at the output,CP-TIMCP3 is found to have a lower value than SFDR .y such a behaviour ..what will be the actual SFDR in that case (CP-TIMCP3) or SFDR given by software???
