Is it possible to get equivalent circuit model of antenna in hfss?

How to get equivalent circuit of designed antenna in HFSS.? For simple patch we could draw .But problem arises with fractal geometry.Also How to get values of L&C

Run normal simulation then right click on analysis->Setup->Matrix. Click the equivalent circuit export button. For L and C I use Q3D which is another ansys product.
