problem in the number of segments

hi everybody
I am a beginner in programing by the simulator EM "4nec2" , and I have read the tutorial for Beginners in this website:

And everything is clear and understandable and encountered a single problem concerning :
How can I control the number of segements in the wires
because I'm doing a structure named, meander line antenna (MLA) with the frequency 17MHZ , (the code is attached, please check it )
the problem is in the S11 coefficient (17MHZ must be with -9 or -10 dB) and i am sure that my antenna is correct, and the only problem is a bad control in the segmentation operation!!!!!!!
plz help meeeeeeee , you are my only hope :D
