3D FDTD C Code issue within the Caltech University C Code on 3D FDTD

Hello All,

Can anyone please guide me about the 3D FDTD code which we have of the Caltech University on site in C code? The manual is given and also the code but since the code is not well commented I am facing issues to understand it and use it for my problem scenario.
