HFSS simulation Err: Mesh Leack!

Dear Experts,
I got the following err while doing HFSS simulation:
Mesh leak is found for (1) of bodies: (Cav1) (6:10:42 PM Feb 05, 2015)
Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (6:10:42 PM Feb 05, 2015)
I am using Version 13.02. The file was imported from as a *.sat file. Could anyone offer some help?
