boundaries conditions matlab

Hello everyone
I'm using a cylindrical resonant cavity ...
i want to know if it's possible to place or simulate adapted load at input and output plan (boundaries conditions) of my cavity to make the matlab program faster to determine resonance frequency in free oscillation
