How to create a dispersion diagram (BETA vs frequency) in CST 2014?

Hello you all,
I am stuck with a very little issue, so I hope you help me out, please:
I think I grasp the basics on using Eigenmode Solver, but still dont know how to plot the classical dispersion diagram of a unit cell (typical beta versus frequency) and I need it urgently to study negative refraction index regions and other metamaterial features... I have read the steps from other users, but it seems to me that in 2014 version, things are a bit different because eventually I get nothing. So far, what I performed is: I set boundary conditions to the unit cell (periodic in z axis, direction of propagation). Next, went to Solver Parameters and set JDM Method on a hexaedral type mesh and a few modes (3). I created a variable called PHASE-Z, obviously for the parametric sweep in such direction between 0 and 180 degrees and started the simulation.
I expected results in the "tables" folder, but i am pretty sure I need to use some Template Based Postprocessing. If i am right, Which template should I evaluate and what would be the exact steps to show the final dispersion diagram? Do I have to scale some graphic to turn it into the final dispersion diagram? I honestly say that I am really lost in here and I need it for researching purposes. Any help would be great.
Thanks!

Hi,
I am working on this also and have some difficulty in getting accurate results. However i hope i can be of some help.
From Eigenmode solver -> Parameter Sweep -> Results Template -> 2D, 3D Field results -> 3D eigenmode result -> choose modes you want.
The results should be at the 'tables' section.
I, too, am working on this problem. The solver never seems to converge. What is the background material that you guys used?
