[Moved]: Problem with contact setting in TCAD Sentaurus SPROCESS

I am using SPROCESS in Sentaurus TCAD, I am unable to set a contact for gate terminal, I am attaching my code, SVISUAL and error snap shorts by email to anyone . can you give me any suggestions regarding this issue.

First, these are warnings, not error messages (meaning - may not be critical).

Second, normally, "contacts" are defined for device simulation, not for process simulation - and from your log messages, it looks like you are doing a process simulation.
Did you specify gate.1 and gate.2 regions / contacts in your input deck?
