Running COMSOL in batch mode

Can I run COMSOL within a batch file with parameters (like, input and output files)?

I guess batch file refers to the DOS style of doing things? When you command to run a program, often you can add a switch which selects an option.

Example, SCANDISK /v verifies the disk.
SCANDISK /f fixes bad blocks.

To see a list of options for a program, type /? after the name of the program.
Or, type HELP and then the name of the program.
