differential pair with 2 port VNA

is it possible to get the s4p file for a differential pair (coupled microstrip line)
from 2port vector network analyzer measurements.

I thought of putting the 2 ports of the network analyzer on two of the four strip ends, while matching the two other strip ends.
Measuring all combinations this way, should give an opportunity to calculate
the differential behaviour.
