Is it impossible to find a Universal comparison table for circuit design?

Hi all,

Is there a "universal" comparison table for all academic papers on electronic design?

I'm thinking of an all encompassing, searchable database that sorts circuit topology, fabrication process, OPAmp, Performace e.t.c.
Otherwise I would have to dig through papers and compile my own comparison table.

Elsevier does this, but my access expired :
