hi
can anybody explain INFINITE ARRAYS:
what is that? how is it simulated and analyzed?
can anybody send me a document or ieee article on it?
i think DM Pozar has one paper on it.

Hi

It means you have a regular grid (array) of an infinite number of radiating elements.
In reality, this does not exist. However, this concept allows you to model very large (real) arrays by using a unit cell approach either analytically or with 3D Solvers like CST or others.
