What is PEEC or rPEEC?

Hello,

could somebody explain what PEEC or rPEEC is ?

PEEC = partial element equivalent circuit


For now, I think PEEC-solvers divide the whole structure into parts which can be modelled for themselves. The complete electrical behaviour is then covered by cascading the subsystems.

Where PEEC is based on quasi-static solvers, rPEEC (retarded) is full wave solver based.
