Error in Ansoft. Problem followed as per tutorial V 2.1

Hi,
am getting the following error and am not able to figure out the cause of it. please throw some light on it. Am using version 3
the error is

[error] A probe port must not fall within a hole on an infinite ground layer: LayoutVia 1.
