draw a ribbon in hfss

Hi,

I am tring to draw a ribbon wire in HFSS to simulate a wire-bond package.

The problem is I can only find two types of bondwire in HFSS (JEDEC 5-Point & JEDEC 4-Point) and my boss is not satisfied with these wires.

So, how can I draw ribbon wires in HFSS V10? (As my understanding, the ribbon wire should have a rectangular cross-section and a little bit curvy from side-look )

1) Draw a polyline along the desired path of the wire. Both end segments should be perpendicular to your bond pad.

2) Draw a rectangular cross-section of the ribbon around the polyline. The cross-section should lie on the same plane as the bond pad.

3) Extrude (sweep) the cross-section along the path and assign a gold material (solve inside if needed).
