Reflectance in Microstripes

I am working on trying to get the value of the reflectance in Microstripes. How do I get each of these values:

T = transmitted intensity
t = transmitted amplitude (field) <-------we want this in particular for Dr. KDM
T = tt* <-------The transmitted Conjugate

R = reflected intensity
r = reflected amplitude (field) <-----we want this in particular for Dr. KDM
R = rr* <-------The transmitted Conjugate

Energy conservation
T+R=1
