Help me on how to simulation microwave oven by using pdetool

Hi all friend,
Somebody can give an advise for me.I would like to simulation the microwave oven by using pdetool in MATLAB.How to set the parameter of waveguide TE10 and how to set the parameter of dielectric material that place inside the microwave oven.If it possible could you please send me the .m file for me study.Thanks in advance ....

could you tell about the pdetool in MATLAB
could i use it to simulate photonic crystal fiber?
