Problem with establishing a parallel capacitor in HFSS

i use hfss establish a parallel capacitor .but i can't get good results ,the simulation value does not concidence with the calculation value using the parallel plate formula,i want to know how can i get a accurate value,and how can i get a desire vale?

What is the value of your dielectric constant? Could u pls post your structure, I will let u know how to get an accurate value
