upwind matlab

Hi,

I am trying to simulate wave propagation through a circular aperture using FDTD in Matlab. Since this involves discontinuities after the aperture, I assume I need an upwind scheme. Does anyone have Matlab code or algorithm that does this in 3D, or anything similar? Thanks.
