EBG simulation in HFSS

Dear All,

I met a problem when conducting EBG simulations in HFSS.

I used the three layer mushroom-like structure with a thickness of 25um for top layer and 1.6mm for bottom layer. However, the software displayed "no surficient memery" when I run it.

Does anyone know why? There are 4G RAM and Duo-2.8G CPU in my computer. Do I need to use a computer with larger memery?

How many units have you placed? It's better for you send you HFSS file so we can take a look.
