how to give microstrip to the cpw in gnd plane

i have attached one paper. in this they have mentioned microstrip to cpw connection in gnd plane. but i could not visuvalize it.


plz help me in this reg. i am using ie3d.

i am using ie3d 10.0 version i am not able to use the geo files. it shows that unable to see the version name. for the previous cpw slot structure also.
