capacitance probe design

Dear all,

anyone knows the design procedures on how to design capacitance probe in HFSS. Actually I am going to design coaxial combline filter, and one of the requirements need to have a capacitance probe near to resonator.

I am really appreciate your help on this. Kindly let me know if you have any documentation about this.
