Getting a wide band terminal s-parameter model in TEM mode (HFSS)

to get a wide band terminal s-parameter model (only include TEM mode).
do I need to adjust port size for different frequency range, then combine these result together?

Because wider port size may introduce higher mode, e.g. TE10....

I think for this task you can use lumped port instead of waveport.
