Help!!! AMC surfaces and CST...

HI all,
I am trying to simulate the phase of the reflection coefficient of different AMC mushroom-type surfaces using CST MWS. I have some problems with the results (arg(S)): they do not correspond to the one I expected!
Could anyone tell me what is wrong?
Please help me!
