HFSS error:Adaptive solution setup, process abc3D

Hi, I'm learning how to HFSS, and was simulating a file while it came into an abrupt error
Adaptive solution setup, process abc3D : unable to create file "waveport2.sti" .

And I'm wondering what this is about, cause my first few simulation never ended this way, any suggestions?? Or should I upload my file?

".sti" should be some kind of temp file that HFSS creates. check if you have not fallen into some "OS permission to write on disk" difficulties.
It won't take long to upload the design file.
remember upload just the design file and not the result folder.
