circle on rectangular grid (FD)

I deal with FD on rectangular grid, where circle involved(example, the problem is exterior to the circle). So when I build the derivation matrix I nead treat the circle with special values.

What is the effective method build derivaioni matrix if I want the grid resizeble.
(The approximation of circle is not improtant for this moment)
