rf simulation software

There are so many of them out there. I just don't want to spend my time learning a particular one just to find out that no one else uses it.

I think it should be ADS.
A very good software for RF System and IC.

For full 3D simulation ,I recommend CST Studio Suite 2008.

It depends on what you want to simulate.

ADS is most popular

agilent ADS is the most popular and efficient software. Another which I know is SONNET and ansoft HFSS.

ADS and HFSS are the most popular between industries, example Plantrnics use ADS, Continental HFSS, depends if you need 2.5D or 3D
