EDITFEKO - optimisation, help

Pleas help me.
I was read user's manual of FEKO Suite 5.3.
There is shown then I can edit *.opt file in EDITFEKO.
But in my EDITFEKO (Light in my home, and full on my institut) I don't have this option, why ?
Someone have any idea ??
Maybe it's licenc problem or update ?
