General-purpose 3D FDTD codes for learning

Could someone recommend me some well written general-purpose 3D FDTD codes(such as MIT's MEEP, RADARFDTD) for learing?

may be you can check the codes in Sullivan's book about FDTD.

Try to search TOYFDTD, on this forum. The code is uploaded somewhere.
