CST error: "invalid monitor settings"?

I just simulated an E field problem in EM Studio (using adaptive tetrahedral meshing), and when I went to view the field results, it sat there for about 30 seconds "working", and then gave me the "invalid monitor settings" error message.

Has anyone else run into this problem before? Thanks.
